In addition to a wide assortment of aggregate products, Franklin’s Neal Road Facility supports our asphalt and paving operations with a focused selection of asphalt mixes, paving materials, tack oil, slurry, and related road-base products as listed below. These products are primarily used for paving, patching, road construction, surface preparation, and asphalt maintenance applications. Please note that 3/4" Recycled Road Base is produced at this facility but is not available for public sale.
